A secure link is sent immediately; verify the email to enter the private workspace without waiting for manual approval. Verification still controls badges, publication, exposure and live matching. One email has one primary identity.
Factory commercial terms
A factory may activate the standard, monthly, quarterly or annual plan after registration. Once the fixed fee is paid, non-commission benefits such as showroom capacity, verification, the annual website benefit and quote assistance can start; completed orders one through three remain at 5%, and the active plan rate begins with order four.
Completed orders 1–3
Only buyer-seller orders with confirmed seller receipt and completed fulfillment, without unresolved refunds or disputes, count. Matches and RFQs do not count.

Ongoing factory media updates
Factories may upload their own approved media or choose a platform representative for scheduled visits. Media recency can help buyers assess activity, but does not purchase AI ranking.

Weekly representative visit

In principle, one visit per week during the service term to capture routine, publishable workshop and production media, with basic organization and platform upload.
A routine media visit is not automatically an onsite verification. When new equipment or processes are observed during the same visit, the representative may collect nameplate and site evidence for separate platform review, avoiding a duplicate trip. Professional commercials, complex editing, multilingual copy and unlimited revisions are excluded; confidential, infringing or unsafe content will not be recorded or published.
Product showroom
Factories may present finished products that are authorized for publication. Every plan receives the same rotation, exploded-view and part-description experience; plans only limit how many products may be published at once.

Expiry never deletes uploaded factory assets. Public visibility returns to one factory-selected primary product, while the rest remain hidden for later reuse. A 3D model does not replace drawings, samples or manufacturing verification; intellectual-property, confidentiality and publication rights must be confirmed before upload. Buying showroom capacity never raises AI scores, directory ranking or RFQ priority.
Digital presence
Standalone website production is a separate business open to every factory, with no AI-platform onboarding requirement. The AI platform only displays eligibility, verifies external links and provides a safe handoff; templates, image uploads and publishing happen on the separate builder site.

No AI-platform membership is required. Standard service is billed per site per year and lets the factory choose a template and upload its own images and profile. Renewal keeps the same site online.

One site equivalent to the standard paid edition is included in each active membership year, with no additional CNY 1,500 charge. Extra sites remain CNY 1,500 / site / year; renewal continues the original site instead of creating another free site.
Existing-site verification
Free submission
Review the independent domain, HTTPS availability, relationship to the legal entity and primary languages. Public links appear only after platform verification.
After annual membership expires without renewal, the factory may keep the same site for CNY 1,500 / site / year; no replacement site is created. Standard service excludes domain purchase, custom design or functionality, 3D models, ads, SEO, social-media operations and paid third-party services. Website purchase or inclusion never raises AI manufacturing scores, directory rank or RFQ priority.
