Charging boundaries

• These charges apply to onboarded factories; buyers do not pay the factory membership fee to browse, submit RFQs or view identified factory matches.
• A plan only changes commission on future orders and product-showroom capacity; it does not guarantee orders. Buying a plan itself never changes AI scores or directory rank. Onsite verification completed under the same standard is separate evidence that buyers may filter on and that evidence-based directory ordering may use, whether obtained as a plan benefit or as a one-off service.
• Commission is calculated on the confirmed platform transaction amount; cancellations, refunds and disputes follow final settlement.
• Standalone websites are delivered on a separate site and are available to every factory at CNY 1,500 / site / year. Each active AI-platform annual membership year includes one same-spec site; additional sites use the standard price.
• AI quote assistance is included only while a paid annual membership is verified and current. It provides a non-binding range; the factory must independently edit and confirm its formal quote. It never guarantees orders, inquiries, margin, match score, directory ranking or RFQ priority.
• Reduced commission only applies while the fixed service fee is paid and the plan is active; expired plans return to 5%.
• While a paid monthly, quarterly or annual plan is active, a factory may request qualifying onsite verification for substantive new equipment or process capabilities, at most once per seven days; no visit is scheduled without a material change.
• After a paid plan stops, expires or is not renewed, new onsite verification returns to CNY 1,000 per visit; historical verification records remain visible.
